antique picture frame with mat

This one measures 25-3/4" x 21-3/4" and has a faux woodgrain finish over fancy plaster decoration that's only chipped up a little bit. There's a mat remaining in it with backer, but no picture. Around the edges of the back, there's evidence of old newsprint -- in pic 4 it can barely be seen that the price of something at "FLINT'S" was now $15, back whenever that was...?? ;-) :-)
