It has a number 2 on the inside . I can't find any dates. I can't find a picture of it anywhere.It has wear and chipping paint

The paint on yours doesn't look correct. It's possible it's been repainted, but my opinion is that it's a newer reproduction....like this

I can’t tell you much about the bottle opener but I do know it was used on the back cover of Pink Floyd’s reissue 1971 “relics”
