Calso Gas was a Brand of fuel owned by the Standard Oil Co after the 1911 break up of its monopoly. Calso was mostly used for Branding in the NE States like VT.
We found this old sign in a very lucky find while our son was stopped for the night in Sidney Nebraska. It shows signs of abuse but looks pretty good on the ceiling of the new Lakeside Museum & Event Center. It has a wonderful story behind us finding it! I love those colorful stories!
