I have no idea what this is supposed to be besides a little guillotine. it's very sharp and kind of works, so i thought it might be one of those things that cuts the tip of cigars off to smoke them. But the hole seems kind of small for a cigar. The hole is only 11 mm in diameter. Any ideas?
