    whenever I see certain ceramic colours, I am interested for a few $$

    I did not see any character in the vase

    ends up it is an Ivo DeSantis piece for Gli Etruschi

      I spun it around a few times and thought it was strange there was this textured brown glaze around the vase. Finally I noticed the eyes and realised it was a beard ;-)
