Found this little beauty at the expensive Hospice shop, they can't have liked it much but for $3 I was in!
Blue on the outside with a white interior.
Just a small thing 160mm high and 110mm wide.

What a super find for just $3! This is a really cute vase, lovely shade of blue, nice crimp, the tonal stripe. Not 100% sure if it is Welz but a similar tonal stripe (albeit in pink) shows up on this item -
