Any idea on age or maker ? It’s either custard or Burmese it glows under black light. I’m unable to find anything on this . Thank you

Beautiful Burmese glass ornament, love the pretty bird. I know Fenton did alot of handpainted Burmese items, hopefully someone here will know about yours
This is definitely by Fenton, usually their handpainted items have a signature on them somewhere.
