I think that this is from the 1960s or 70s. This kind of enamel is very time-consuming and really requires skills. I had a friend who would make jewelry using these enamels and i remember how much work it was. This is a really well done one which has a diameter just under 6 inches. I couldnt find a signature anywhere though.
