MCM Chrome Fruit Bowl Marked R. B.

A recent find: The only markings I could find are R. B. (See photo). It clearly has some age.... The plating has come off toward the center of the inside. The style is distinctly modern. Fairly heavy in weight. And the rest is a mystery so thought I would ask. Welcome any and all comments. Thanks!
