I can't figure this out ...It may be a lamp, hole in the back. The body is full of little holes to let the light shine through. Is the little Church possibly American? I've Googled and Images the life out of it, but with incorrect search terms, I got nowhere ... Any help or thoughts greatly appreciated

dave21no1 .... So much for my lamp !! The only ones I am familiar with are electric or the radiator hung sort ..Would you have any clue how it would work .... Please ??
I’m thinking it was a decorative “lamp” ….those little holes would look like stars shining in the sky.
If it were mine, I’d put some battery powered lights (from a craft store) inside…..maybe even some multi-colored ones. It should be beautiful at night.

Looking again, it probably is meant to have some sort of light source. The holes look too small for aroma therapy type wax melter. And it appears to sit flat, so no good for heat source. No labels or marks on the bottom?
