      Very nice...in 1911 Omega bought the Regina company.

      The serial numbers 4 million were used 1910-1919 Seems that from what I saw serial numbers overlapped..in 1916 they started using 5 million +. More research nedded..

      1911 -Omega wanted to increase their share of the watch market in Canada. They were somewhat limited as Omega branded watches could only be sold through officially franchised Omega dealerships.
      In order to get around this issue, and to increase their sales, they purchased the Regina Watch Company from Louis Maier who first registered the name in 1888
