I wore this in 1980 - 1984. Dress Blues - Crackerjacks. Heavy Dress Uniform clothing for winter. The blues had white piping. The Dress White uniforms, were much lighter, synthetic, breezy, and had no additional piping. As a sailor, I liked wearing the crackerjacks, we all liked the crackerjacks.
