I purchased yesterday and felt sure that it would be clearly marked somewhere, but I can’t find the clear marking!
I’ve much appreciate any observations and any comments would be most gratefully appreciated.

The signature could be WEISS, but a clearer photo is needed to verify.
The stones are not set using prongs, only the fake prongs, so I cannot determine who made this.
Very pretty brooch in lovely autumn colors, and I agree it has a Weiss look to it
