This 1 3-4" wreath brooch has faceted large round amethyst rhinestones, with an inner circle of small rose pink stones & outer tiny pink accent stones, in a goldtone framework. By Gustave Sherman with mark from the 1950s

This brooch is so pretty! Love those big amethyst stones and pink go perfect with them. The best part is that it is a Sherman brooch!

Phil you know I'm partial to wreaths and when I found this unusual 50s Sherman I was delighted, & don't think this Sherman design has been seen on CW before. I too love the rose pink rhinestones and didn't realize the goldtone had a rose gold cast, wonderful compliments & great observ
Scott you can never go wrong with anything by Sherman, his rhinestones were top quality and always look dazzling in the light, I was actually trying to show more of the sparkle & facets in the amethyst stones by putting the brooch in sunlight, but that blurred the pink stones together, so all I can say is this wreath is much sparklier in person than the pix! Thank you so much for your super praise
