Scar is an ex Navy Seal who was discharged for conduct unbecoming. . He became an evil mercenary who wants revenge on his former teammates. He is now an evil villain and he looks the part. Plus he has a cigarette. . I don't know maybe that makes him a good guy.
Scar has a fair amount of weapons. An M16 Carbine (Car-15), AK 47 with M203 grenade launcher, some sort of pistol, various grenades and so on. Tons of accessories and costume pieces. Sadly some of the straps and belts are no longer useable but I can get material at a crafts or fabrics store.
Currently I have heard he is a henchman for Dr Evil.
Look out Mr Scar, a giant feline looms behind you! She finds him interesting :)
The cat is looking not unlike Gizmo from Gremlins that photo.
