Iridescent Art Glass Vase 6.5" Mark Incised into pontil ??

This Iridescent Art Glass Vase has some unusual qualities to it that I have not seen before. There is some uneven crimping that does not go all the way around and is primarily on the bottom half of vase. The pontil is incised. The mark appears to be inside and stamped in this area. There is no other mark or signature visible. Maybe I'm seeing things when looking at the pontil area. Any comments here as always are very much appreciated...Thank you...
