Replacements.com has these listed as "Floradora Green" by an unknown maker. Although the same pattern one has a ground rim while the other has a fire polished rim, the insides of the raised feet are also different. They are 5.5" tall, one weighs 8oz. the other 9.5oz. I would be grateful for any information on the maker (assuming they are American).
