This is Megaloceros also known as the Irish Deer. It was the largest known species of deer with antlers that spanned nearly 12 feet. Looks like about 8 feet tall at the shoulder. The last found remains were estimated to be a bit less than 8,000 years ago in Russia I believe.
I believe this was the mount for the elven king Thandruil ine. the hobbit trilogy. It did an excellent job of clearing orcs off a bridge.
The figure is 7" from antler tip to rearmost hoof.
