I found this pretty piece of Victorian glass on a recent trip to Sydney.
The vase is made from three layers of cased glass, clear over pink, yellow, khaki, & oxblood swirled spatter, with mica spangles, over a white interior. It measures 18.5 cm tall, 7.5 cm across the crimped top rim, & 5 cm across the base, which has a snapped pontil mark.
There is a clear applied handle with a twisted, ropy texture, & the top rim has a clear crest.
Most likely Bohemian origin, late 19th century.
