Hache Jullien porcelaine vase. This company from vierzon made alot of tableware. In 1889 they won a gold medal in the universal exposition Paris, with amongst other things samples of flambe and mule liver glazes. Not sure if this is them, but they look quite cool. Made between 1885 and 1903.
