This is an ancient fish that lived about 375 million years ago is the Devonian age. The Devonian Age was known as the age of fishes. This one is distinctive for its bonny head and large size. Plus a powerful jaw and teeth. Size on these ranges from 13 feet to 28 feet. It gets a bit confusing but 18 feet seems to be the usual size. The figure here shows the bony head with either little or no skin on the head but some think the head was covered with skin. But then again most fish did not have bones, they have Cartledge which dies not fossilize.
The toy here is about 7" long. I would question the gold color as large fish tend not to be colorful.

Awesome fish, that's some bite
Thank you very much again Newfld!
