I noticed this on a certain building that I don't feel comfortable with in revealing its name or location, fearing that creeps might want to steal it.
With the patina, the plaque looks like it is comprised of possibly copper or brass.
It bears the former CD logo, which was replaced by the radiation CD logo quite a few years ago.

yes it's a problem here too, they pinch them in cemeteries of all places :(
