Apparently this is a mineraloid as opposed to a crystal. Anyway it is a pretty green rock. I fear I do not know much about aside from it came from Mozambique. The official language there is Portuguese and it is right across the ocean from Madagascar.
In the last photo it is pictured with a 1950s fork.
