I bought this as I was curious about the unusual decor, not one I'd seen before and I can't find one the same, I can't think how it ought to be described. I think definitely Bohemian, around 1900-1920, possibly Kralik or Welz?, height 5".

I have one like this, mine is more yellow than green, but the swirled, striated decor & shape are the same. When I bought it, I wasn’t sure of the maker, but now I feel it may be Welz. Still not 100% certain, but Welz did produce a variety of similar swirled striated decors.
Thanks IronLace, I did see some similar Welz pieces, but wasn't sure.

Thanks TallCakes, I'm doubtful about the Rindskopf attribution and the facebook group are unsure so it's still not confirmed.
I think it’s Kralik glass, Wilhelm Kralik Söhne.
Thanks anile2010, It possibly is Kralik but the decoration isn't shown on the Kralik-glass.com site or elsewhere so it's not definite.
