The 4-6-2 Pacific was the follow up to the 4-4-2Atlantic. The Pacific was popular from the 1920s to the 1940s. It was used for high-speed passenger trains thus the large drive wheels. The unique feature is that it is larger near the cab and smaller at the front. With just about every other locomotive the diameter of the locomotive is uniform.
Sadly my passenger cars are Santa Fe but if no one looks closely no one will notice.
