GI Joe Japanese Army Air Force Officer

I picked up a ton of GI Joe stuff recently so I will be posting a lot of that.
This series of foreign soldiers were made in 2000. Quality is fairly high aside from the bulky holster. Despite being an air force officer this does not seem to be a pilot. Japanese pilots were non commissioned officers.
