thank you everyone for the likes. I haven't seen a posting from apostata in awhile. is he okay?
a Qianlong nian zhi abbreviated in ZHUANSHU script , don,t mix up the marks by means of the left upper the fishhook symbol . always use the non commen denominator, so we use the right symbole let,s saY the symbole which looks like a house key
stamp mark so we shut out early republic period, bij , means of the follow up of the TAriff act so we got the under parameter , the other mark is probably painted , quite nicely within a template hard to say
design peony plus scroll, Fleur de LIS neck border
and in the neck een ARCHAIC LONGEVTY ( sort charm for LIVE LONG)
under border are the famous traffic light border to represent 19 century , which are IMO not so well designed ( too short and not vertical enough)
normally this type of vase are from the 50 ties and early 60 NOT LATE PROC ! i try to break the pinyin but i am not skilled enough
no dissipation in the design ( probably prep sketching ) and Painted outside outside - in -----hard to see
certainly not bad and a surprising tonality of the longevity, congrats

Thank you so much Apostata! I'm glad to see here. Be well, my friend!
Nice example of late Qing/Republic export porcelain! The "MADE IN CHINA" mark confirms it’s a genuine 19th–early 20th century piece, even if the Qianlong mark is a later tribute.
For anyone interested in authenticating Chinese bronze mirrors or ancient coins, that’s my specialty—feel free to message me if you need help with those!
the follow up of the tariff act can,t be late 19 century the fluidum of the made in china is wrong the periferie in the made in china mark is wrong , explains the pressure diffence of the stamping ,so i disagree
but i agreed on the the qianlong mark, thats why i datad it late republic , with a possible outrun
Thanks for the detailed breakdown! I agree the "MADE IN CHINA" mark’s typography and stamping do point to a later Republic period—your observation on the stamping pressure difference is really insightful. It’s great to dive into these fine details with fellow collectors!
My specialty is still in Chinese bronze mirrors and ancient coins, though—I’d love to explore more bronze-related topics with you in the future!
