I’ve been collecting Peloton glass for 30 years this year. In fact it was around this time in 1996, in about March or April, that I acquired my first piece.
This one was found on Etsy from an Australian seller, & was a good deal. It was also another case of me not quite realising how big it was going to be in real life!
It is made from two layers of cased glass, clear over white, with applied Peloton threads in white, pink, blue & yellow. The vase measures 16 cm tall, 12 cm across the three - way crimped top rim, & 7.5 cm across the base, which has a neatly polished out pontil mark. It also features three indentations on the sides. It is the girth of around 44 cm that really makes this a big unit for Peloton glass. The shape is also one I haven’t encountered before. All in all, a most desirable piece!
Bohemian origin, circa 1880s. Possibly by Harrach.

Gorgeous! and I too think Harrach. You may find even larger ones.......
Many thanks, Peggy!
