Here is a 5 1-4"H hand painted beige porcelain teddy bear with plaid cap and 'spaghetti lace' scarf & cap top, named the St Patrick's Day Bear, Ireland on bottom. The MV Irish Dresden crown mark indicates German porcelain maker Muller Volkstedt, who opened the co in Ireland in 1962
