Definitely a shop-made hammer. Measures 6” in length, with the head 2-1/8” head-to-head. And the head is a combination ball peen and a cone of some kind. As for the handle, my first guess was that it was a repurposed 1/4-drive ratchet handle, but upon further inspection the knurling is rough(!) and not up to the quality or standard of a commercially-produced ratchet. So… shop-made as well. Fun little hammer that I'm sure someone was quite proud of when they made it (as they should have!).

Might be an apprentice piece.
