    I have no clue how old this is, who manufactured it, or it's value. I haven't been able to find anything like it on the internet or in publications. All I know is if you put a penny it, it spins. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      This is referred to as a " Trade Stimulator" in the coin op trade. They were used in bars to stimulate trade. You would put your coin in and play if you won you got a free drink, cigar or cigarette. I would venture to guess it dates to around 1900. It is missing a sign frame that mounted on the top that would have the term of play. I think it is probably a very early and rare machine. Google tade stimulator for more examples.
