Is there an artists signature on the painting?
Late 19th, very early 20th Century Painting. Signature or not it is a very nice piece. If it has signature email it to me Dizzydaves@yahoo.com.
If none it would be around 500.00 to 800.00 as is, if signature maybe more. I have sold many paintings such as this.

Great painting. I would think late 19th century. It appears a little dark with some of the facial details blending in and general browning (probably hung near smokers for years). It could benefit from a professional cleaning.
It looks like there is a signature in the lower left in the dirt, but photo details aren't good enough to discern.
