Just got back from auction and picked this up. Is hard to tell what color it is, looks black but will have to wait til daylight to see in natural light. Is 12 inches tall.

Can someone explain bohemian glass. Every time I see something in this dark red (almost black) it is described as bohemian Czech, bohemian Italy, bohemian Bavaria etc..
What part of the world should I be looking in?
I don't know how you glass people keep all of this straight, better stick to my pottery:)

Same shape almost not jagged around top and doesn't seem to be as ornately cut. Picture is dark so can't see it real well but getting closer.
