Found this colorful guy at the Salvation Army this morning. It was sitting on the cart waiting to be put out. It has a mark and a tag on the bottom. I found the mark on Gotheborg's Antique Chinese porcelain site,but all it says is it's a "modern" mark with no factory or date info. A search online turned up nothing as well.The paper tag has a bunch of numbers and is probably the store's inventory tag and maybe the price in yen but I'm not sure. I can't even find anything that looks like it online which surprised me if it's modern. There is not one chip anywhere. It's in perfect condition. It's similar in design to Ming era tomb horse and rider figures but with a modern twist. -Mike-

the representation of the mark is an high ranking ming official , not military
the hat gear of the FUTOU is Wushamao and see also the square on his chest

i might be right about the Equestrians , the swaying of the horse head and the pointing of the ears could be an indication
actually the official got a square on his clothing ,for the ranking,you can,t see the stamp is to small which the translate in the strange combination ??? of Canton and Mandarin chinees --P?t?nghuà zhèngf?ngxíng
