Can anyone tell me how old this is and value? Are they common? We are debating on keeping it outside by the pool for use.

Very Nice ! If mine I would not want it outside .I Might use it as a side table inside :-) Love it
I'm not positive but the cooler looks similar to a 1930's ice cooler and the pepsi sticker is 1950's, Love it!
It's worth a couple few hundred bucks. IE it is valuable.
I have the same cooler but in Royal Crown Cola! I am pretty sure that it is and S and S cooler from the 1930's or 40's.
