Early 20th century Riviere Studios patinated bronze candlestick with an urn-form bobeche above a tall stem over a circular cushion-molded base. Riviere candelabrum with S-form arms on a spreading conical base with two urn-form bobeches. Both candlestick and candelabrum are decorated similarly overall with entwined wire coils. Dimensions: 13.75'' x 6.5'' (candlestick); 12.25” h x 9” w x 7.25” d (candelabrum).
A contemporary imitator of Tiffany, Riviere Studios supposedly employed workmen from Tiffany's who produced desk sets [copying Tiffany patterns, as well other items such as slag glass and filligree lamps], often with no signature.
