Got this little guy off Ebay.Someone was selling a collection really cheap(individually). I could only afford one at the time and picked this one because it was the most unique.Have searched and can't find the maker.It reminds me of Westmoreland glass but I don't know .

hi the bird lamp was made by the famous L.J.Houze convex glass co. in point marion pa. made in 30's early. they made the bird in a satin pink and clear also. houze made about 20 or more different figure's for lamps, thanks john nice lamp
