ceramic horse (or giraffe?) sculpture from Jaru Art Products, a California pottery that produced from the 1950s up until the 80s. The company was started by Jack and Ruth Hirsch and made housewares, decorative items.

Not super rare, but sought after. I am guessing by the color that it is a later one, closer to the 80s.
