    It is made of brass. Each piece is numbered 1-15. Each comes apart and fits into each other. I found this in a tool box, I bought at a tag sale.

      This is a set of cork cutters. Usually seen in a chemistry lab. Also cam with a weird tool for sharpening the brass tube ends.
