Circa 1920 within a year or 2. Generally an AC/DC fan would have a selector switch which would make it pre 1920. But this one adjusts automatically to either source. This looks a bit rough but it works perfectly. It oscillates and works on all three speeds. The head wire is wrapped with electrical tape and that will be replaced. The main power cord seems to have been replaced around 1950 but it is a cloth covered cord so I will leave it as is. I am going to get the blades polished up a bit more and remove some of the corrosion hopefully.
Be sure to lube it only with Marvel Mystery Oil. Anything else will bog down other than (strangely enough) Vaseline Intensive Care. I won't go into qualifications but take my word for it.
