This is a well made Sterling Silver (marked) enamel bracelet.
I think this is a Bernard Instone bracelet, unfortunately it's not marked, but to me it's a classic Instone piece of work.
It was probably made during the 1930s, the colours of the flowers are wonderful, it is in fantastic condition.
