This is a beautifully enamelled glass cup made by Harrach. This is part of my collector friends collection. This beauty stands 4" and has the most beautifully painted piece. Thanks for looking.

Nice! Could well be Moser, or Harrach glass with a Moser decor, or a Harrach glass with Harrach decor sold by Moser :)
