Look at this beauty that I picked up this morning for a few quid in my local charity shop. It's 35cm high and very heavy. In my eagerness to get it down from the shelf I almost knocked it over. My heart nearly stopped. Thankfully a kind gentleman came to my rescue and I managed to get it home in one piece. Don't you just love it? So, what is it? (I love this bit)
This is Murano Florence Opaline glass to me,but I'm not an expert on Murano,so I hope someone will confirm (or not!) my opinion.

Yes, a nice bit of Empoli glass from Italy. You'll see similar vases with the V.B. Opaline Florence label.
