What type of Acton MFG Coca Coca Cooler?

    Hi all,

    I was wondering if someone knew what type of Acton Coca Cola Cooler this is? I think it's the Low Boy. However, I haven't found pictures of Low Boys that are exactly the same.

    Mine has:
    - Raised letters
    - Opener and drain on one side
    - "Drink in Bottles" text
    - Acton MFG information on the bottom

    The dimensions are : 17" L x 12" W x 12" H. The height is for the box, with the handle it's 14 1/2" H.

    I am thinking of having it restored as the condition is not great. However, I am not sure if that would take away too much of the character.

    I would also appreciate any other suggestions on cleaning it up a bit (e.g. polish the exterior with car polish, interior with steel polish?).

    Any thoughts?

      Thank you fifties50s. Good to hear that the condition mine is in is not too bad.

      I am really happy with it. I was looking online for some time to buy one but ended up finding this one on a flea market yesterday.

      Yes it's the mid-size Acton "Low Boy" cooler.
