Another from the parental house clearing.
This is the Model E from 1964 and it works. I haven't tried to clean with it yet and I need to as the cats have been shedding.
It only had one attachment that I have found along with the house but it is the best looking of all the attachments. Luckily all the ones from my model XXX fit on this one.
Remember nothing sucks like an Electrolux.

Just think, some parts of that vac probably flew over Germany during WW2 . In a different form of course.

Oh, Fortapache, you bring back my memories! My mother had one 1956 model, ivory color, covered in red plastic with the logo in a lucite round medallion (I loved that part, a real jewel!). I gave it to a friend when I cleared Mom's home...
I still can smell the odor it gave when it was in function :-D
Thank you for posting this king of suckers ;-)

Thank you very much kyratango. My grandparents had the same one I posted in the link above in their cabin. They were works of art unlike current vacuums.

Thank you very much nutsabotas6. I saw photos of the gold one while I was researching, it looked great.

Awesome. And the thing is...they actually worked soooo good. My grandmother had one. The other one had a Kirby. Those are really the die hards. And I love the fact that you can take the bag and toss it. So much better than the ones today. Yuk!

Thank you very much shareurpassion. My mom had a Kirby and emptying it made a mess. You had to reach in and pull it out.
