    This vase has amazing detail for being so small...less than 4". It has a clear outer layer with the splatter over a black base. Not sure if it is a cat or a rat..........not sure if it is Czech but colors sure make me think so.

      The vase is Welz production. Since you posted this, the decor has been seen on a couple of marker shapes.
