So this is a rather new piece but I liked the color and design. It is only marked "Kiam Family" with a chain hang tag and also to the back of the pendant. It popped right up with online images as being by Lia Sophia. Someone on Ebay was selling one in it's original box so this was the quickest ID I've ever made. It appears Lia Sophia was in the process of going out of business as of 2014. -Mike-
