I recognized this as Awaji at a distance when i first spotted it at Urban Ore today. The blue color, the glossy finish, excess glaze, and even the wear scratches told me that it was Awaji - even though it isn't signed. The piece is 12 inches wide by a little more than 3 inches tall. Although it's unsigned, i'm 100% certain that it's Awaji. i guess i'm getting pretty good at seeing it now! i got it for only $3. there are different qualities of Awaji and the lesser quality stuff is very thin and lightweight and usually green. this piece is quite a bit thicker and heavier and the blue color is a little rare and special.
