I bought this about 1 1/2 years ago in a small, local market. The woman was having a clear-out and many things had to go.
Signed by the artist.
The flowers are Cowslips - Gullviva. There's not much information available about Gabriel Sweden, and this particular wall plaque isn't on the web.
