    I found this pretty teal-colored bud vase at Goodwill the other day. the base is a highly polished pontil and shows scratches indicating some age. it's very pretty. do you think it's italian? i can't find a signature or a label.

      If the base is polished flat, yes Aseda!
      If the base was concave - Japanese. They copied these along with much else.

      I have one that is clear w/polished flat base no markings.

      this one is the same. i think these had foil labels.
